The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, driven individual to make their managerial mark in London's most exciting new immersive attraction. Wake the Tiger have built an incredible Bar and Kitchen set in their new attraction: Absurd City. It will serve everything from cocktails to coffees throughout the day to ticket holders, and we have partnered with a chosen caterer to deliver a high-class meat-free menu in a fully kitted out commercial kitchen. That’s not all though: It will also be open to the public in its own right and has set the goal of being an essential cocktail bar destination in London. We are looking for someone to realise the venue’s ambition and shape it further. You will be supported by an Assistant Manager and a newly minted bar team, and report to the Head of Operations. You will oversee the running of the bar and work with the kitchen team to ensure the venue is a critical and commercial success. You Will be Responsible For
