The Role
Wake The Tiger is looking for Front of House staff to join a fantastic team in an immersive work environment.
The team are critical to ensure the accessibility of the experience is perfect for everyone; they are
there to assist and provide a high level of customer service that's expected throughout the
experience.
This role is as much about keeping things running smoothly in the background, as much as it is
about helping visitors have an enjoyable experience. The role entails a mix of great customer service,
stewarding, crowd management and general front of house assistance, so a willingness to get involved is key to succeed.
Training will be provided to ensure all staff have the information they need to give every visitor the perfect experience.

You Will be Responsible For
● Answering all questions from the public in an informed and professional manner
● Engaging with visitors to allow further exploration of the installations
● A basic understanding of the narrative of Wake The Tiger and what we’re about
● Ensuring Health & Safety is upheld in the Amazement Park and assisting the Duty Manager
in managing emergency evacuations (training will be provided)
● Vigilance against intentional damage or theft to any part of the attraction
● Reporting to the Duty Manager on shift, working through any issues that may arise, with a
clear handover at end of shift
● Stewarding, light cleaning, litter picking, setting up spaces and resetting as required,
directed by the Duty Managers

Essential
● Energy, enthusiasm, and great customer service
● Excellent time management skills
● Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
● Great interpersonal and communication skills
● Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment as front of house
● Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Desirable
● First aid trained
● Experience using till systems
● Experience of working as a Front of House/Stewarding team member in a fast-paced visitor
attraction, hospitality or tourism & leisure environment
